In a major step towards fostering technological innovation and digital transformation in the state, the Bihar AI Summit 2026 & Award will be Organised at Urja Auditorium, Patna. The summit is being organized by Dizaart Systems, convened by Qlass Edtech, and supported and mentored by the Bihar Industries Association (BIA).
The summit aims to bring together key stakeholders from government, industry, academia, and the startup ecosystem to deliberate on the growing impact of Artificial Intelligence across sectors such as agriculture, education, healthcare, governance, and industry. The platform will enable meaningful dialogue on policy frameworks, implementation strategies, and real-world applications of AI in Bihar.
The event will be graced by the Hon’ble Governor of Bihar, Lt. Gen. Syed Ata Hasnain (Retd.), who will attend as the Chief Guest and present the Bihar AI Awards 2026 to recognize outstanding contributions in the field of artificial intelligence and innovation.
Other distinguished dignitaries expected to attend include Union Minister Chirag Paswan, Bihar Ministers Dr. Dilip Kumar Jaiswal and Ram Kripal Yadav, along with senior IAS officer Gopal Meena, Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar .
The summit will feature an extensive lineup of speakers and experts from across the country, including leaders from premier institutions, corporate organizations, defense services, and emerging AI startups. Key sessions will include panel discussions, keynote addresses, and domain-specific conversations focusing on AI adoption, innovation, and scalability.
In addition to knowledge sessions, the event will host startup showcases, technology exhibitions, and networking opportunities, creating a platform for entrepreneurs and innovators to present their solutions and explore collaborations with government bodies and industry leaders. The summit will also facilitate potential partnerships and MoUs aimed at accelerating AI-driven development in Bihar.
Organizers stated that the Bihar AI Summit 2026 & Awards is envisioned as a catalyst for building a strong AI ecosystem in the state, with a focus on practical implementation and grassroots impact. The initiative seeks to empower youth, support startups, and enable institutions to leverage AI for inclusive growth and improved public service delivery.
