Mango unveils its 205th Art Deco store in Lisbon

Not only is the brand trying to give its shoppers the technology experience but also through its powerful architecture and beautiful interiors. The Lisbon outlet is situated inside an Art Deco building featuring a stunning freestanding staircase that weighs 7,495 tons of steel and is 33 feet high.

“Lisbon is going through an outstanding cultural movement and the building is a historic image of the city,” Lopez added. Apart from its pre-existing grandeur, the brand also commissioned five modern artists who recreated the flagship’s façade in their own hallmark flair. The store’s interiors will be decorated by their artwork.
