Indian fashion designer Manish Malhotra has launched an exclusive collection for his recently opened boutique in Dubai.
โThe World Collectionโ mixes global aesthetics with the UAEโs signature hues of black and gold and Malhotraโs classic flair for glamour.
โImpeccable detail, woven into every thread, shapes The World Collection: Dubai,โ Manish Malhotra said on Facebook, while also launching the collectionโs campaign film.
The collection was unveiled with a campaign shot at the Royal Opera House in Mumbai, featuring models such as Eugeniya Belousova, Alicia Kaur, and Mahieka Sharma, among others.
โThe World Collection features a range of floor-length gowns complete with matching veils and headwear,โ Fashion Network reported.
Glittering gold filigree and floral embroidery give the effect of jewelry or armor, and the collection mixes classic South Asian, Middle Eastern, and Western silhouettes to cater to the clientele of Malhotraโs Dubai store.
Manish Malhotra opened an exclusive boutique on Fashion Avenue inside Dubai Mall to connect with non-resident Indians in the area, locals, and tourists alike.
The store opened its doors to the public in December of last year and spans an impressive 5,000 square feet, designed by celebrity interior designer Gauri Khan.
