To build a strong business relationship of Pakistan exporters with the importers of textile world-wide, Texpo 2016 will begin at Karachi Expo Centre from April seven.

To be organised by the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), the four-day event is expected to open new horizons for investors to invest in the textile sector, according to TDAP secretory, Rabiya Javeri Agha. Apart from exhibitors, around 600 foreign delegates are confirmed from 51 countries and more recommendations are coming in. Many top foreign brands like B&C collection (Belgium), Shinatomo, ITO-Yokado, Marubeni Index, Marubeni Tex, (Japan), Lotte Mart, Shinwon (South Koria), Super Muffato (Brazil), and some from Indonesia, China, Italy, Spain, USA and Vietnam have conformed their participation.

Representatives of trade bodies are expected to take benefit in shape of new orders and signing of MoUs with their counterparts at the event, organiser sources said.
