Omni-channel menswear brand Snitch which operates nine stores has planned to open its 10th Indian store in Sarath City Mall, Hyderabad. This store will mark the entry of the brand in Telangana state.

“Our first store in Hyderabad, located in Sarath City Mall, boasts an expansive area of 3,500 square feet,” Chetan Siyal, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Snitch said.

After the launch of its first store in Hyderabad, the company plans to expand its presence in Telangana with four more stores.

According to Siyal, they are looking to extend their reach into other South Indian states, specifically Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

“These regions have been identified as promising markets for our brand, considering their growing fashion-conscious populations and economic dynamism,” India Retailing quoted Siyal as saying.

“We anticipate this growth trajectory to continue, if not accelerate, with our expanded store presence and enhanced accessibility for our customers,” he stated.

“The forthcoming stores are projected to significantly boost our revenue streams and further solidify our market position in the South,” the CMO informed.

The brand has witnessed a remarkable 100 percent year-on-year growth solely from the Southern India region, due to which the region has been a significant revenue generator for Snitch.

Snitch started as a D2C brand in 2020 and has raised Rs 110 crore in its Series A funding round in the past.

The brand also has plans to open around 20-30 physical stores in the ongoing fiscal and has aims to become the Zara of India.

As per the social media post of a top Snitch executive, the brand, which operates under the tagline of ‘Made in India for the World,’ grew over 150 percent in fiscal 2023-2024 as against its previous fiscal.
