Italian luxury menswear maker ‘Isaia’ has entered into a partnership with Mumbai-based Regalia luxury to enter the Indian Market.
Set Up in Naples in 1920, Isaia, recognised by its red coral logo, has mono-brand stores in Hong Kong, Milan, Moscow and New York.
The company, known for its make-to-measure suits and sportswear, produced its garments only in Italy in Casalnuovo Napoli. “We believe that partnership with key independent retailers around the world is essential and this is the reason we are exploring new and different markets like India,” Gianluca Isaia, ceo of the company said.
“We feel that because of the abundance of colour and interesting fabrics that we offer the Indian gentleman will respond well to Isaia.” Regalia luxury will retail Isaia products in Delhi in an on-request format. It also retails Swiss luxury watch Brand Povet, British shoemaker John Lobb and Italian suit brand ‘Kiton’.
