NIFT-TEA Knitwear Institute and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in partnership with Rajesh Bheda Consulting will jointly organize a conference “Milestone Guidance Series 2016” on ‘erformance enhancement towards world class apparel manufacturing in Tirupur on February 20.

The conference aims to cover strategies to reveal the tremendous potential of the Indian apparel industry to improve its competitiveness and move towards world class manufacturing.

The focus areas of the programme include presentations on varied topics related to productivity improvement, strategy and planning, skill enhancement and management techniques through many aspects of the journey towards world class manufacturing.

The keynote speakers would share their experiences in manufacturing in apparel sector across the globe and how it can be adapted to Indian apparel industry, particularly to the knitwear industry of Tirupur, which is at the crossroads of benefiting from the shifting business dynamics of fashion industry.
