It will focus on topics such as goals of the lean enterprise, financial aspects, value engineering, process mapping, standard operations, visual management, 5 S and its implementation, value steam mapping (VSM), lead time etc.

Textile secretary, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Panda will inaugurate the workshop. Nominations of senior professionals involved in apparel production in Delhi/NCR apparel industry have been invited. 12 industry personnel have already confirmed their participation.

ATDC, which functions under the aegis of Apparel Export Promotion Council, has emerged as India’s largest vocational training network for the apparel sector.
