Kolkata: The fashion world converges at Milan Mela Ground as the highly anticipated Garment Buyers & Sellers Meet 2024 kicks off with a grand inauguration by West Bengal Fire Minister Sujit Bose and Chandrima Bhattacharya, Minister of State for Health & Family Welfare of West Bengal. This three-day extravaganza, running from July 1 to July 3, promises to showcase cutting-edge trends and innovations in the garment industry.

The event was officially opened with a ceremonial lighting by the dignitaries, in the presence of President Hari Kishan Rathi, Secretary Devendra Baid, and other industry stalwarts including B. P. Sultania of A-First, Manoj Gupta of Comfort Lady, Ram Chandra Agarwal of Vishal Stores, Pradip of Little Hub, Arun Somani of Mad Boyz, and Nathmal Somani of Terry-Berry.

The Meet, hosted in Hall No.1 & 2 of Milan Mela Ground, features over 350 participants showcasing their latest fashion apparel creations. This significant event, returning after a hiatus of several years, invites wholesalers in Hall 2 and retailers in Hall 1. The vibrant ambiance of the fair is heightened by the presence of visitors, all adhering to mask protocols, eager to finalize their business purchases. Little Hub is the main sponsor of the event.
