Buyers who came from the different parts of the country expressed satisfaction after the arrangements made at the recently concluded 27th edition of GGMA National Garment Fair organised by The Gujarat Garment Manufacturers Association (GGMA) in Ahmedabad. Sources agents, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and chain stores participated in the three-day event in a bulk number. The fair concluded with over 20,000+ garment buyers visiting the exhibition from all over India.

The fair was jointly inaugurated by Kaushikbhai Patel, Minister, 20 Point Implementation Program, Govt of Gujarat; Gautambhai Shah, Mayor, Ahmedabad, Dr Nirmalaben Wadhwani, Minister, Women and Child Welfare, Govt of Gujarat; and Pravinbhai Patel, Standing Committee Chairman, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.

Exhibitors at the Fair booked huge orders at their stalls itself which are expected to keep their factories busy till Diwali, while the rest expect to receive orders within the next few weeks. All categories of apparels like casual wear, formal wear, evening wear, ethnic wear, sportswear, fashion accessories etc for men, women and children were available at the venue.

Several fashion shows sponsored by Nandan Denim Ltd were organised for display outstanding creations and woo visitors. Top 20 male, female and kid models from Mumbai were on the ramp at the fashion shows.

Fashion garments from Nandan Denim, Mukesh Garments, City Pulse, Ridhi Sidhi Creation, DP Clothing, Kalamek Garments, New Aashi Rainwear, Kareena Garments, Ocean’s Deep Printers, Kashish D’ Signer, Tadpole Apparels, Anjali Western, Rahul Apparels, Purab Fashion and Cash Zone were on the display for buyers particularly on the eve of Fashion Show.
