The Dressing Room Pop Up Showcases An Exclusive Preview Of Festive Collections

The Dressing Room Pop up exhibition founded by two sister in law Shilpi Jatia and Rituu Bagrodia was back this season with a preview of exclusive pre festive and Diwali collections from a wide range of designers showcasing their best designs, styles, in contemporary, couture, ethnic and indian wear, kids clothing, fine and timeless jewelry pieces, high fashion luxe baubles, clutches, shoes, home decor and accessories at The Mansion, Four Seasons Hotel, Worli on 2nd September 2015.

In the midst of a beautiful day of the week, among chatter and clinging sound of bling, mocktails and  appetizers flowing around the exhibition, Actors Tanisha Mukerji, Ira Dubey and Manasi Scott, who all looked lovely and gorgeous in spectacular outfits by designers – Ensemble & Anmol jewellers ( earrings and ring), Papa Don’t Preach by Shubhika & Minawala ( earrings ) and SVA – Sonam and Paras Modi & GMN jewellers, respectively were spotted having a gala time and indulging in retail therapy.

This season we had 2 major fashion houses on board with us – ENSEMBLE and Melange Singapore  who introduced Pakistani designers for the first time at THE Dressing Room. Both these houses brought along with them a bevy of couturiers and beautiful collections of the country’s leading designers like – Anamika Khanna, Rohit Gandhi & Rahul Khanna, Gaurav Gupta, Pankaj & Nidhi, to name a few. Melange Singapore brings along with them, Pakistani designers like Maheen Karim, Mina Hasan, Honey Waqar, Sanaya Maskatiya who will showcase their enticing and hand embroidered garments.

The upper level section was dedicated to mostly clothes by designers like Indian by Manish Arora, Lakme Fashion Week Designers and celebrity favorites  –  Aarti Vijay Gupta, SVA, Quirkbox, Papa Don’t Preach, Nisha Sainani, Nez by Neha Agarwal, Purvi Doshi, Peppermint Diva, Ezra, Surendri By Yogesh. A small lounge area on the same level will be exhibiting embellished footwear and clutches with semi precious stones by designers Malaga and Le BLVD which are also up for grabs.

The ground level was embraced in fine, timeless, classic and ethereal designs from Anmol, Alpana Gujral, Adaa, MAIA, Rosetta and many more. Along with jewelry an entire section was solely for kids wear, home decor and accessories, high fashion art deco and eccentric jewelry from designers like Suhani Pittie, Valliyan by Nitya and PRERTO.

In addition to the above we also have designers who specalize in kids clothing and accessories like Beetle and Bottle, Little Pixie, MooBaa to name a few. For Home decor & artifact lovers Design Co Collectibles and Petals by Arvi Shah displayed their collections.

The proceeds of the exhibition will be donated to Helping Hands Aarti Singal Foundation.
