Shipping Policy

Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, indian-apparel.com has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all subscriptions (later referred to as orders) placed on our website, without any special exceptions.

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us in our website.

  • We offer Shipping through First Flight Couriers or Speed Post(in case the courier service is not available) only within India. For international delivery extra courier charges will be levied.
  • Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
  • We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section.
  • On yearly subscription of our directory Freeman’a Apparel Manufacturers Directory, the directory will be dispatched every year post the publication.

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us at support@indian-apparel.com with your questions.

Shipment Notification Email:

We’ll send a Shipment Notification email when the item is shipped. The Shipment Notification email includes the carrier name, tracking number. You can click the tracking number link to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Please note that subscriptions will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the Subscription/Order price.
