The upcoming textile fair ‘Feria Textil de la India 2016’ is expected to feature 40 textile manufacturers from Indian textile sector. The fair will take place in Barcelona on 6 and 7 October at the Catalonia Barcelona Plaza Hotel, and in Madrid on 10 and 11 October at the Meliá Avenida de América Hotel.

The fair is being organized by India’s Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC), official body of apparel exporters, with support from the Government of India and Embassy of India in Spain. The show will cater to the professionals from the textile industry such as small distributors, wholesalers, chains of shops, importers, agents, designers and retailers.

At Feria Textil de la India 2016, the visitors will also get a chance to ink cooperation agreements with Spanish companies. Over all, the exhibition promises to provide a strategic choice for business. The previous edition of the fair reportedly noticed a footfall of around 300 Spanish business people.
