Textile Ents., Officers and Staff of Ministry of Textiles contribute to Prime Minister’s Relief Fund

In pursuance of the call given by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for donating generously for providing relief and rehabilitation to the families affected by recent floods in Jammu & Kashmir, Minister of State for Textiles (Independent Charge), Shri Santosh Kumar Gangwar had appealed to the entrepreneurs as well as to the officers and staff working in Ministry of Textiles to contribute towards the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund .

The officers and staff of the Ministry of Textiles have voluntarily decided to contribute one day salary for the purpose.

A sum of Rs. 11,12,558 (Rupees eleven lakhs twelve thousand five hundred fifty eight only) donated by the textile entrepreneurs as well as officers and staff of the Ministry of Textiles (in first lot) was handed over to Prime Minister’s Relief Fund.
