Siyaram Silk Mills today reported 59.18 per cent jump in net profit at Rs 32.14 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2015.
The company had reported a net profit of Rs 20.19 crore in the corresponding period a year ago.
During the period under review, the company’s net sales stood at Rs 479.45 crore, up 18.32 per cent from Rs 405.21 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
For the year ended March 31, 2015, the company reported 23.9 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 78.79 crore as against a net profit of Rs 63.57 crore in the previous year.
Siyaram Silk’s net sales in the year ended March 2015 stood at Rs 1,507.96 crore, up 15.86 per cent from Rs 1,301.43 crore in the previous fiscal.
