As you may be aware, FOHMA is the apex body for the hosiery / knitwear industry of India and is represented in several major Governmental bodies of Textiles. FOHMA has been working relentlessly to promote the Indian Hosiery industry on all fronts – technology, policy, markets, etc.

As part of industry initiatives, FOHMA  is organizing a seminar on “Opportunities in Textile & Clothing Industry” at the iLEAD campus in Kolkata on 13th September 2014 from 9:45 am to 5.00 pm. This Seminar is being organized in collaboration with iLEAD and Ministry of Textiles, Government of West Bengal.

This will be a great opportunity for all the hosiery / knitwear companies to get together, network and understand the business potential of this sector in West Bengal. Various eminent businessmen, professionals and industry experts of the Textile & Clothing industry would be speaking at this Seminar. They expects around 200 participants, who would essentially comprise of representatives from the Indian textile industry.
