Online trouser brand The Pant Project opens first offline store

Made to order online trouser brand for both men and women, The Pant Project has forayed into the offline space and opened its first brick-and-mortar store in Bandra area of Mumbai.

According to the label, the store has been started to enable the brand to connect with shoppers in person as they have access to exploring the touch and feel of The Pant Project’s trousers.

“In an age where online shopping dominates, The Pant Project recognizes the importance of a physical touch point and is looking to expand its omni-channel footprint across India,” the brand said.

“The store in Bandra allows customers to explore the unique features of pants like the all-weather essentials which visitors can spray and test for water repellency,” The Pant Project added.

“The interaction with trained stylists at the store, and education of different fabrics from Merino wool to European flax linen, reinforces the brand’s commitment to delivering exceptional quality,” it stated

Following the launch of its maiden store, The Pant Project plans to expand into other cities across the country.

The brand’s long-term goal is to form a network of physical stores to function as community-building centers and customer experience hubs.

The Pant Project was launched in 2020 as a digital native brand to offer customisable trousers for men and women.

The brand currently offers over 250 styles of bottom wear ranging from formal options such as chinos to athleisure styles like joggers.
