The 13th Edition of Garknit-X, an international trade show on Textile and Apparel machinery began in Science city in Kolkata from today which was inaugurated by chairman of WBTIDC, Mr. Dinesh Bajaj in presence of industry leaders in the city. It is the largest technology exhibition of East India participated by both Domestic and International machinery brands with showcasing their products to the visitors.
Organised by Vardaan Events Pvt. Ltd. in associations with Apparel Talk, the 3-day fair drew a large number of manufacturers and visitors from this region. Bajaj has visited all the stalls and appreciated the organizer’s efforts to bring latest technology in Kolkata. Later on, chief guest, Mr. K. B. Agarwala, MD, Rupa Ltd. and president of WBHA also went round the exhibition. He was very happy to visit all stalls and discuss with various exhibitors to know more about the updated technology in the world.
Mr. Agarwala also pointed out that Bengal is the right platform for the apparel manufacturers to expand their business in this present improved atmosphere in the state.
