The English fashion design veteran Dame Vivienne Westwood has come up with a collection exclusively meant to be worn to the high-octane, glamour studded red-carpet events.
Part of the designer’s Gold Label, the capsule collection will be available for purchase sometime in January at Vivienne Westwood boutiques.
Largely credited for bringing modern punk and new wave fashions into the mainstream, the 73-year-old Westwood has dressed some of the leading film actresses like Anne Hathaway, Kirsten Dunst and Rita Ora.
A known political activist, the Derbyshire-born designer has always been actively involved in issues related to nuclear disarmament and climate change.
