Easybuy New Store In Bengaluru

The Landmark Group opened its third Easybuy store in Bengaluru and the 14th in South India at a cost of Rs one crore. Easybuy is the new apparel value retail format from the Landmark Group, which plans to expand the store network to 30 by March 2017 and 50 stores in two years to help it consolidate its presence in the Southern India market.

“The first Easybuy store was launched in the district headquarters of Karimnagar, Telangana in September 2014. We plan to open one store in every district headquarter and every value catchment area in metros,” Anand Aiyer, business head of Easybuy said.

Easybuy New Store In Bengaluru

It is also present as a Shop-in-Shop in 12 Spar hypermarket stores, which too are operated by the Landmark Group. The retailer recorded same-store year on year sales growth of 45 per cent, while it expects to close the current fiscal with a turnover of Rs.160 crore.

“We hope that Easybuy, along with Max which is a value fashion forward brand for the upper middle class at 25 per cent higher price points, will become leaders in the value fashion space spanning all markets,” Vasanth Kumar, executive director of Max Fashion said.
