China & Asia Textile Forum will take place at the Shanghai Marriott Hotel Hongqiao, on March 14, according to organiser sources.

The event will be co-organised by China Chamber of Commerce for import and export of textiles and ECV International. The United States Fashion Industry Association (USFIA), the Textile Association (India), and the Vietnam Cotton & Spinning Association are jointly supporting the event.

The two-day conference will be attended by textile industry experts and researchers globally who are interested in exploring the latest trends and technologies in the textile industry. Besides, over 200 senior experts and top managers in different industrial chains will attend the forum.

USFIA president Juilia K Hughes will speak on the impact of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) on the industry.
