TEA  informs that despite the issuance of public Notice No.33/2015-20 Dated 23rd September 2016 and Trade Notice No. 18/2016 dated 23rd September 2016 by categorizing job working units, such as Knitting, Dyeing, Compacting, Printing, Embroidering, Labelling and Cutting for garment manufacturing as Common Service Provider (CSP) mainly to facilitate for import of machinery under EPCG scheme, due to absence of guidelines, JDGFT, Coimbatore has not till date provided any EPCG licence to the job working units when they envisaged to fulfil the Export Obligation through third parties. It is also to be noted that the same issue has also been faced by the sister concerns of exporting units when they are in different business entity.

They are contented to announce that the guidelines have been now issued and to inform the details to the all stakeholders, they are organizing an awareness programme on Guidelines to Common Service Providers (CSP) tomorrow, 14th February 2017 at 10.30 AM at TEA conference hall.

Shri D Sridhar, Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade, JDGFT, and Coimbatore will address in the programme and will also interact with the participants.
