We are investing nearly Rs. 5 crore and it will take around six months for us to establish the entire unit. As of now, Kalantry Textile is into the acquisition of old textile mills and selling of old textile machinery spanning from spinning, weaving to processing.

The booming market and Gujarat’s tremendous success in the apparel segment propelled him to diversify into this category, Ashwin said.

At present, Kalantry Textile Industries is now earning nearly Rs. 25 crore-business per annum. The company is a part of Kalantry Group, which is also into other industries like infrastructure, consulting, etc.
