SCBTS creates employment opportunity in the Textiles Sector

A new skill development scheme, the Scheme for Capacity Building in Textile Sector (SCBTS) is approved by the Union Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) on Wednesday with an outlay of Rs 1,300 crore till 2019-20.
