Shree announces its Expansion Plan for Tier II & III cities

Indian ethnic wear brand, Shree – The Indian Avatar has announced its expansion plan by opening 100 stores in the current fiscal out of which 56 stores are opened currently and further contemplates to increase the store count to 200 by 2020.

Realising the potential of Tier II and Tier III cities, the brand will open more than 20 stores in these cities and the rising consciousness about fashion among consumers in these cities has attracted various apparel brands over years.

Sandeep Kapoor, MD, Shree said, “The brand is planning to carry out its expansion plan in smaller cities and the brand is also looking to expand its business in metropolitan cities.”

“The upcoming stores are likely to cover around 1,500 square feet to enhance the shopping experience of the customers,” he said. Recently, Shree opened its stores at various locations in New Delhi, Jalandhar and Ghaziabad.

Today, Shree is one of the fastest-growing clothing brands in the country producing kurtis, trousers, skirt, dresses and ethnic wear which are retailed through more than 2,500+ PoS including 28 EBOs and 150 MBOs. Additionally, the brand is also retailed through its dedicated e-store.
