Best Global Supplier Award goes to Pratibha Syntex

Pratibha Syntex (Indore), a leading manufacturer and exporter of knitted garments and speciality yarns, has bagged the ‘Best Global Supplier of the Year Award’ for 2016 at the Global Supplier Summit in Hongkong recently.

Martijn van der Zee, chief merchandise and sourcing officer, C&A, presented the award to Shreyaskar Chaudhary, managing director of Pratibha Syntex. The company has been a recipient of prestigious awards in the past for its excellent performance in the field of exports. Those included GLASA awards, Stockholm in 2015 for holistic water management practices and Textile Exchange farm innovation award. It supplies finished fabric and garments to various retailers and well-known brands.

Delighted with the achievement, Shreyaskar Chaudhary said, “We are honoured to have got this prestigious award from C&A. Pratibha has been working with C&A on various initiatives like Organic farm and community development, Sustainable Product Innovation, design assistance from Europe, Rapid Response etc. This award has been a great incentive and motivation for us.”
